Covenant Health is pleased to offer discounted Dollywood tickets to its employees and their families for the 2008 season.
Following are ticket purchase guidelines for 2008. You will note a few changes from previous years.
PLEASE keep in mind that Dollywood tickets purchased through the Covenant Health Federal Credit Union are intended for use by Covenant Health employees and their families.
Under NO circumstances should Dollywood tickets purchased through the Covenant Health Federal Credit Union be offered for resale.
Dollywood has a Group Sales Department dedicated to group rates and visits. Covenant Health employees should not make ANY arrangements to purchase tickets for church groups, sports teams or any other type of group or organization not affiliated with Covenant Health.
We hope you and your family take advantage of these low prices to enjoy all that Dollywood has to offer.
- Dollywood tickets will go on sale in March. A specific date will be announced as soon as the tickets are printed and ready for distribution.
- Splash Country tickets will go on sale at a later date to be announced.
- Covenant Health employees may purchase tickets at all Covenant Health Federal Credit Union locations or during the Credit Union’s regularly scheduled day on your campus.
- Ticket sales will be limited to 10 adult/10 children tickets per employee per season.
- Any ticket sales in excess of 10, including departmental purchases, must be approved in advance by Covenant Health Employee Relations.
- Exceptions to the ticket sales limits may be requested via email only; no phone calls (mscales2@covhlth.com). Please allow a minimum of five (5) days prior to your planned date of purchase.
- A copy of the approval email must be presented to the Covenant Health Federal Credit Union at the time of purchase for any sales exceeding the 10 ticket limit.
- Tickets sold by the Covenant Health Federal Credit Union are good only for the dates printed on the ticket.
- Tickets will be valid for admission during one of two specified 45-day periods.
- The first 45-day period will be March 21 – May 12.
- The second 45-day period will be June 1 – July 15.
- Splash Country tickets will be valid June 14 – July 13.
- Only the cost of one day passes may be payroll deducted.
- The maximum number of pay periods allowed for payroll deducted purchases is three (3). The number of maximum pay periods for allowed for payroll deducted purchases may decrease during ticket sell period.
- Employees must present their Covenant Health badge at time of purchase. This applies to all purchase but, in particular, payroll deducted purchases (the badge number is required on the payroll deduction form).
- Season pass upgrades must be purchased at Dollywood.
- A Dollywood admission ticket cannot be exchanged for a Splash Country season pass unless exchanged for a season pass that includes both parks. The same is true for a Splash Country admission ticket.
- Employees are responsible for payment of the upgrade cost at time of upgrade.
- Mail order tickets will be sent via certified mail --NO EXCEPTIONS. Tickets must be signed for to protect Covenant employees as well as Covenant Health Federal Credit Union.
- There will be no refunds for tickets purchased through the Covenant Health Federal Credit Union.
If you plan to visit Dollywood more than twice during the season, it would be to your advantage to purchase a season pass upgrade. The following information is reprinted from Dollywood’s website and details the privileges associated with each season pass level.

- $5 Off Regular 1-Day Admission to Dollywood’s Splash Country (Passholder Only)
- 20% Off Food, Merchandise, Rentals and Kennels at Dollywood ONLY; No minimum required; Made-to-order items over $1000 excluded; (See cashier for discount guidelines) Passholder must be present and make purchase to receive discounts
- Discounts apply ONLY to the Park for which the Gold Pass is valid
- 50% Off Regular One-Day admission (Passholder Only) to Silver Dollar City and Whitewater (Branson, MO) Valid any 2008 operating day (Guest, Food and Merchandise discounts do not apply)

*Season Pass Policies
- Season Passes (used or unused) are non-transferable.
- Used Season Passes are non-refundable.
- Lost, stolen or damaged Gold, Regular or Super Season Pass Photo IDs are subject to a $15 replacement fee.
- Season Passholder benefits and discounts are non-transferable.
- Passholder must be present and purchase Guest tickets to receive $5 Off discount.
- An admission fee will be charged if Season Pass is not presented for entry.
- Fraudulent use will result in pass confiscation without replacement.
**Gold Pass Privileges
- To receive discounts on Food, Merchandise, Rental or Ticket Purchases:
- Gold Season Pass must be presented at the time of purchase.
- Gold Season Passholder must be present at the time of the purchase.
- The purchase must be made in one transaction.
- Gold Season Passholder must pay for the transaction.
- To receive Complimentary Parking:
- Each vehicle must stop at the Parking Toll Booth and present the Gold Season Pass to the Parking Toll Booth Attendant.
- Gold Season Passholder must be present in the vehicle receiving the complimentary parking.
- Parking Toll Booth Attendant must verify that the Gold Season Passholder is present to receive complimentary parking.
- Discounts and FREE parking apply ONLY to the Park for which the Gold Pass is valid.
- Discounts and FREE parking are applicable only after Gold Pass purchase.
