Q.  The Dollywood one-day tickets are only good during the designated groups of dates, but are the season passes good for all days?

A.  Yes, if you upgrade your one-day admission to a season pass you can visit the park as often as you like for the remainder of the year.

Q.  I cannot look at the Dollywood ticket information under Campaigns and Special Events because I don’t have a login.  How can I access this information?

A.  You should not need a login or password, just a computer that is on the Covenant Health network with access to CovNet.  However, if for some reason you cannot get to the page, you can either ask someone in your department to print off the information and post it for your area, or you can contact the Covenant Health Call Center at 541-4500 and they will send you a printed version via in-house mail.

Q.  I thought discounted tickets was a benefit of being a CHFCU Member. If you are giving the discounts to everyone then why become a member?

A.  The Covenant Health Federal Credit Union offers many great benefits that are for members only.  The Dollywood discounts are for all employees; the Credit Union graciously offers convenient locations for ticket purchase and handles the logistics of ticket sales and distribution.

Dollywood offers deeply discounted tickets to Covenant Health employees for the exclusive use of Covenant Health employees and their families.  Non-employee members of the Covenant Health Federal Credit Union are not eligible to purchase Dollywood tickets.  Please note that your employee identification badge is required for all ticket sales.

Q.  I always buy a couple of tickets for my friends and then they upgrade to a season pass. Will I not be able to do that this year?

A.  No. Tickets purchased through the Covenant Health Federal Credit Union are for Covenant Health employees and their families.  Purchases for non-employees jeopardizes the benefit for all.  This is also true for purchases for groups not affiliated with Covenant Health such as churches, civic clubs, Boy Scout/Girl Scout troops and so forth.  If you wish to purchase group outing tickets, please contact Dollywood’s group ticket sales office at 428-9886.

Q.  How soon will we know when we can purchase Splash Country tickets and what the day visit time frames will be for them?

A. Splash Country tickets will go on sale June 2, 2008.  One-day tickets for Splash Country will be valid June 14 – July 13, 2008.

Q.  I appreciate that you offer Dollywood tickets.  Is it all right to buy tickets for family and friends?

A. Tickets may be purchased for family members but not friends.

Q.  I would like to buy my family tickets.  Can I also buy my mother and mother-in-law tickets?

A.  Yes, as long as you don’t exceed the maximum purchase number of 10 adult tickets and 10 children’s tickets for the calendar year.

Q.  Can I buy one-day admission tickets for the first session (March-May), and then purchase additional tickets for the second session (June-July)?

A.  Yes, as long as you don’t exceed the maximum purchase number of 10 adult tickets and 10 children’s tickets for the calendar year.  But if you are planning to visit the park more than once, it may be more cost effective to buy a one-day ticket for the first session and then upgrade it to a season pass.
