Direct Deposit
Net check is credited to member's account automatically on payday. Contact the credit union or payroll department for Direct Deposit request forms.
Check Reordering
If you are running out of checks you can now reorder checks from Liberty if you have your reorder form. Just click the "Check Reorder" button and it's a snap.
Availability of Funds
Our policy is to make funds from cash and check deposits available on the same business day that we receive the deposit. Electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit.
The first $200 of the aggregate of any deposit is available the first business day after the day of deposit.
In some cases, we may delay your ability to withdraw funds beyond the same business day. Then, the funds will generally be available the 2nd business day after the day of deposit. If we decide to further delay your funds availability, we will notify you at the time of your (in person) deposit, or as soon as possible for other deposits. Once they are available, funds can be withdrawn in cash and/or we will use the funds to pay checks that have been written.
For determining the availability of deposits, every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays. We have different cut-off hours for different deposit locations. The earliest cut-off time that might apply is 4:00 pm. If a member makes a deposit before 4:00 pm on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of deposit. However, if a member makes a deposit after 4:00 pm or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open.
